Ingredients:
- 560 g of chicken fillet
- 1 small bunch of parsley
- 30 g breadcrumbs
- 100 g purple onion
- 100 g red bell pepper
- 100 g green bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 teaspoons dried herb seasoning
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 100 ml carbonated water
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken meat into cubes and place them in a food processor with fresh parsley. Grind them together until you get a fine mixture.
- Transfer the ground chicken meat and parsley to a deep bowl. Add breadcrumbs, finely chopped purple onion, red and green bell pepper, black pepper, dried herb seasoning, and paprika.
- In the carbonated water, add baking soda, stir until the soda dissolves, then pour this mixture into the bowl with the meat. Mix everything well with your hands.
- Use a soup spoon to scoop out the mixture and form patties, pre-soak the spoon in water to prevent the meat from sticking. Arrange the patties on an oiled tray.
- Cover the patties with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
- About ten minutes before frying, remove the patties from the refrigerator.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the patties until they become golden brown on both sides.
- Place the cooked patties on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil before serving.
- Serve with a side dish and salad of your choice.
