Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups (300 ml) granulated sugar
- 2 cups (400 ml) yogurt
- 1 cup (200 ml) oil
- 1 cup (200 ml) coconut flour
- 1 cup (200 ml) semolina
- 1 cup (200 ml) all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (12 g) baking powder
- About 200 g of fruit jam or fruit spread of your choice
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine the granulated sugar and yogurt, and mix with a spoon or spatula.
- Add the oil, coconut flour, semolina, sifted all-purpose flour with baking powder, and each time you add an ingredient, briefly mix the mixture to make it smooth and uniform.
- Prepare a baking dish measuring 30×20 cm by greasing it with margarine and lining it with parchment paper.
- Pour half of the prepared batter into the baking dish. Spread the fruit jam or fruit spread of your choice over the batter.
