His routine includes taking 150 supplements daily, engaging in regular exercise, and prioritizing sleep. ​

Similarly, Julie Gibson Clark, a 55-year-old single mother, has reportedly decreased her biological age by over a decade through affordable lifestyle adjustments. Spending just $100 per month, her routine involves a nutritious diet, regular exercise, adequate sleep, and minimal supplementation. Clark emphasizes the importance of simplicity and consistency in her approach to longevity. ​
