Chia Seed Iced Coffee Recipe

This recipe is a twist to your regular coffee. It has chia seeds added in them which makes is more healthy. You can enjoy a cup of this on a summer day. So refreshing and tasty.

  • Chia Seeds – 1 tblsp
  • Cold Milk – 1 cup
  • Instant Coffee – 2 tsp
  • Sugar – 2 tblsp
  • Hot Water – 1 tblsp
  • Water – ¼ cup
  • Chocolate Sauce as needed

Instructions

  1. Take chia seeds in a bowl add water and let them bloom.
  2. Take coffee, sugar and hot water in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Add this to the blender along with milk. Blend till creamy.
  4. Add the bloomed chia seeds and mix well.
  5. Take a serving glass, drizzle sides with chocolate sauce.
  6. Pour the cold coffee in and enjoy
